Friday I received an email with the header ‘More Kudos’
“Paul, we spoke briefly in the kitchen of the Ag Center last night about your smooth presentation strategies and skills. In addition to the observations I mentioned (hold the handouts, move from stage center to both sides of audience), I want to commend you on your effective use of the laser pointer. You were steady and intentional with it, especially tracking from your house to the next and locating key focal points on other slides. I can’t tell you how many presenters have had me near seizure state with frenzied whipping around of the pointer.
Also appreciate the minimal print on your slides – we had a practice in our work “let the slides enhance the presentation, not BE the presentation.”
